Sibling Rivalry!!!
Tasting at Tersiguel's
Sunday, February 21, 2010, 5:00

The versatility of the grape! Oh, how we know what magical things the oenologist can do. This month we want to feature three grapes – Riesling, Chardonnay, and a Portuguese Red Blend – to show you how they can be transformed from a wonderful wine with your meal to a delicious after-dinner quaff with your dessert. We will do a side-by-side comparison, with appropriate food choices, of the wines and stickies listed below. It should be an interesting evening to taste and compare the wine transformations.

Please join us as we try………

Hermann J. Wiemer Dry Riesling – New York
Hermann J. Wiemer Late Harvest Riesling – New York
D’Arenberg Olive Grove Chardonnay - Australia
